 1. How to Install a Product?
- Double click on installation file:setup.exe
- Press on setup window's next button
- Press on next button, accepting 15-day trial version, option.
- Accept the Conditions of use agreement and press next button
- Press Install button
- Then press Finish button
- Open Microsoft Excel
- Go to Tools > Add-ins and check into (product name) option
If it doesn't appear, press on Browse button, find the folder: C:\Program files\JABSOFT\(product name), open it and click on (product name).xla file.
- Finally click on OK button.

2. How to Register the Product?
-When your 15 day free trial has expired, the software will prompt you to purchase it. -After you purchase it, you don't need to install it again. - Simply click on Tools > (product name) > Enter License Key - Fill out the corresponding fields of the displayed window: Enter the same email you registered in your order. Enter the Order Number of your purchase. Example: ShareIt Ref.No.= 12345678 or RegNow OrderItemID: 1234567890-12345-123456

4. The product’s toolbar doesn’t appear.
Please, click on View > Toolbars > “Product Name” ENG tools in Excel menu bar.

6. How can I get a new version of this product?

11. I have problems in downloading the software from my order e-mail.
It could be a "broken" hyperlink. In order to correct it we recommend to highlight the complete link, starting at the beginning of the text stream with the mouse and then right click to choose the copy function. Once you have copied the link entirely, paste it into your web browser location and choose the enter key from your keyboard. Often times a hyperlink will become broken due to format differences in e-mail programs.

14. How to uninstall the product?
To uninstall the product do the following: Go to start > control panel > add or remove software > select the specific program > remove. Or this: In your Excel, go to Tools > select the product name > uninstall.

1. When I open Excel, there is a message: “Object doesn’t support this property or method.”
This problem is because some installed libraries are discordant with your operative system.

2. Since I installed Exchange Rates, when I open Excel I get every minute the following message: "Your computer haven't internet access".
Most likely is that you have activated an Excel native option of update. In this moment there are two applications working at the same time, attempting to update the data.
If the Query Refresh window appears the next time, you must choose "Disable automatic refresh" option.

1. I bought Financial Advisor and I would like o know how I can see the formulas.
To see the formulas, please do the following:
-Open the auditing toolbar (Tools > Personalize and select the auditing option) in the Excel menu.

2. Whenever I open the add-in Excel provides me with a message that Macros are disabled.
The problem seems to be in your system.
- Please, uninstall the addin or uncheck the option in Excel menu bar
- Low the security level to Medium.
- Close Excel.
- Install the addin again.

3. Is it possible to buy only: College, Retirement, and Lump-Sum calculators as individual elements as fully customizable versions?

1. How do I show the sticky notes on Excel file preview and print them?
Before you insert some sticky note, click on F button and check in Printable option in SP General Tools Settings window.

2. Would Spreadsheet Presenter increase file size?
No, Spreadsheet Presenter don't increase file size.

3. Does Spreadsheet Presenter require a continuous internet connection?
Spreadsheet Presenter does NOT require a continuous web/internet connection. The add-in can work very well without connection. Only it is necessary when you wish to update your version.

1. When I go to the Stock Quotes worksheet and click refresh, I get #NA.
Update the stock quotes of any cell with #N/A error, pressing the Refresh Data Button. This will update all of the quotes of your worksheet.

2. Stock Quotes update when I press the Refresh button manually, but will not seem to update automatically.
Simply click on Refresh Settings option, then set the refreshing time desired, for example 30 minutes. You can set it according to your needs.
Don't forget that automatically refreshed, will only work when Excel is opened.

3. Does the software support all listed stocks such as DYN?
Yes, Select a cell with the value you want to work with. Then:
a- Open the Wizard and enter the syntaxes in the Company Symbol.
b- In The option “Data”, choose: Last.
c- In the option “Paste formula in”: Select a cell to paste the formula.
d- Click Insert button

4. The software is only updating the price of the first 200 of them.
Our last version “Stock Quotes 3.0” can download an unlimited number of quotes.

5. Is there a way to insert the company name into a cell?
In “Stock Quotes 3.0” version we have the functions: “Retrieve the Company Symbol” and “Retrieve the Company Name”.
This allows you to insert the company name.

6. Does this software works with Mutual Funds too?
Yes. If you have many symbols you can use the “Quick Fill” tool.
- In the first field select the column with the company symbols.
- In the second field, the range with the data (example: last, close, previous close).
- In the last field select the upper cell to paste the results.

7. Is there any limit to the number of stock prices I can download?
Not in our new version “Stock Quotes 3.0”.

8. How can I retain my history of quotes?
If you wish to save your workbook with the quotes as values, simply choose the Export Sheet values option, on menu add-in.
This will create a new workbook. You can save it with another name.

9. Can I subscribe to MSN Money real time quotes and get these quotes by Stock Quotes?
You don't need to subscribe to MSN because the service is FREE.
